Merry, merry, merry go round (about)
After reading this, I can't think of even one good reason for continuing to use Australia Post, ever again.
Seriously - this is fucking bullshit.
People are not going to use any fucking service that is this fucking mental.

I've recently purchased an item online and which was originally scheduled to be delivered to my home address. I've then redirected it to the parcel locker (which I've signed up for after a friend raves about the convenience etc).
However, not only the parcel wasn't delivered to the parcel locker (despite the fact that in the status, it shows that the parcel is to be delivered to the parcel locker);
It was stuck at French Forest (where the status shows that it was held at facility, in transit redirection) but there was an attempted delivery to my house instead.
Because there wasn't anyone at home, it was then redirected to another location (i.e. the Allambie Heights LPO) which isn't opened after business hours (which is a lot of inconvenience).
After raising a complaint (Case: 08117898), the Customer Service personnel confirmed that the parcel is ready for collection at the Allambie Heights LPO
And guess what, I went to the Allambie Heights LPO today to collect my parcel and was told that the Parcel has been redirected back to Kent St.
This causes a lot of inconvenience as I've specifically made the effort to leave work earlier so I can collect the parcel within the collection (hours).
This whole process is completely unacceptable and I'm really disappointed with the way this has been managed.
A parcel which supposed to arrive on within 2 days is now taking more than 7 days!
