50-60% of people are taking their business elsewhere. Adios Aussie Post.

How Australia Post works.

Send things.

Loss, theft, no tracking, late deliveries, get the run around, long call waiting times, bullshit customer service etc., etc., etc.

Escalate complaint.

get the run around, long call waiting times, bullshit customer service, no responses, no action, no follow up etc., etc., etc.

Escalate complaint.

More fucking crap -  etc., etc., etc.

Escalate complaint.

Ignored + more bullshit etc., etc., etc.

Experience being the good teacher that it is.

People then actively go onto avoiding Australia Post - at all levels, in all departments, for all services.

They are in essence highly phobic or sensitised, or adversarial to Australia Post.

They refuse to use any Australia Post post offices, unless absolutely necessary.

They refuse to buy stamps, send parcels, get passports, ID's, buy gifts, pay bills etc., etc., etc....

And they basically go and deal with the service providers who do a comprehensively better job, providing better goods and services, with the least amount of crap in the interaction.

Here is another one working their way into the "I don't want to be dealing with dick heads ever again" category.

Hi I run an online business and have had immense problems with Australia Post over the last 3 weeks - the details which I will not bore anyone with now.

I have an official complaint case number 07926999, which was lodged 2 weeks ago and I have no resolution.

I have written to Ben Franzi, E-Commerce General Manager (no helpful reply),

(I have) made numerous individual inquiries via your support page to no avail ( in one case I was told a parcel had gone missing by one of your customer service staff, when in fact it had been delivered and this was stated on the "track your parcel" web page!)

I have now received this email from one of my customers "Ok . I'm just letting you know that my earrings have still not been delivered. Its absolutely ludicrous, that it takes Aus post 4 days, so far?? This is your business, and I would not be content with this.

ESP if your clients are dependent on prompt dispatch for events.

Absolute joke, if you mailed my earings Monday , in Melbourne and I still haven't received them ."

Australia Post advertise that they are helping and supporting small business!

PLEASE can someone get back to me regarding this - my next step is to write direct to Ahmed Fahour and then take my business elsewhere.
