Australia Post - when "Getting Fucked" is not enough.

Well this thread is disheartening, I've now had 2 parcels go missing in the last 2 weeks, the first one coming from the gold coast to brisbane, a 2 hour drive, went missing at Underwood delivery centre on October 25, the contents are an expensive medical supplement for support during chemotherapy treatment.
The second one went missing yesterday, coming from the states I tracked through 3 facilities in the united states, through Japan, landed in Sydney on Tuesday, and was apparently 'delivered' yesterday afternoon at about 4pm.
Now, I was home yesterday and the front door was open, so I'd like to know can I report these thefts to the police because someone in Aus post is stealing my mail!
This 2nd parcel is also a supplement for medical treatment and I am LIVID.

That is not good at all Cheryl!!

I would like to look into this further for you so I can get these issues sorted out for your straight away please log these issues via our support portal http://auspo.st/1JMange and reply here with your case number and I will action them straight away for you.

The sender is the entitled party to process the investigation on your behalf, that could be the reason if we can't help you specifically.
I would suggest letting us know of any delivery issues you are having so that we can refer to your local delivery centre to make sure if there is something wrong from our end we can do something to prevent it from happening again.
If we don't know something specific is wrong we have no way of fixing it for you.

There is already an investigation underway for the first parcel, I don't have details as it was lodged by the sender and I am told i have to wait 10 days! This is causing me a lot of stress. This is for the delivery that 'supposedly' happened yesterday - Your case reference number for this enquiry is 08026343.

I would appreciate if you could look at where the parcel is that wasn't delivered yesterday. This is my case reference no. 08026343.
