OMG!, yes!

I paid for an item that included the tracking cost, they knew it was going o/s by air, tried to track it, only to be told it was no longer trackable once it had left the country!
 
What a bloody scam! 😣

That sounds odd. If you paid for a traceable service then we should be able to confirm some basic details such as when it did enter the intended country. Did you have a tracking number there that I could look at?...See More

I do have a tracking number, the person who served me even pointed it out, i tried to track it to see if it had left the country...and i got this message there was no information for this article , the reason given was, it's not trackable once it's in the air, that was on your website.

The package has arrived, but that's not the point, i needed to track it for the person who was to receive so he would know roughly when to expect it!, on another occasion his package totally disappeared and i'd paid for tracking on that parcel as well...i've given up on Australia Post now.
