Australia Post - "loses" a fucking lot of PASSPORTS. Funny about that.



This is another contribution from the Australia Post Facebook Fan Club.

Several Points have been raised.

That the Australia Post system is insecure.

The tracking is worthless.

The security is worthless.

The customer service is worthless.

The compensation is penny pinching bullshit.

And sending anything by "Platinum Express" - is neither secure, faster, trustworthy, trackable etc., and platinum express


That Fahour is just plain grossly incompetent.

And the thefts just keep right on going, and increasing.......

If you have a tracking number for the parcel we would be happy to look into this for you. Please visit our support page to log a case at https://auspost.com.au/portal/
Once you have logged a case for investigation we will look into this further for you and provide you with an update as soon as possible.

I would also ask that you visit our about section on our facebook at https://www.facebook.com/pg/australiapost/about/... wherein it provides you with our terms of service, particularly referring to avoid spamming our page and keeping your posts relevant.

Jenny Wren I have read so many posts from people whose passports have been lost by Australia Post (mine included) that I have to wonder whether there is more going on than simple incompetence on the part of Australia Lost, sorry, Post.

I wonder too Jennifer - I have lodged a complaint with the OMBUDSMAN, next stop Neil Mitchell on 3AW.

They picked the wrong angry hormonal menopausal woman when they took/lost my kids passport.
