Load and Go - The epic failure continues..

Some feedback about LoadnGo credit card customer service.

Just contacted via phonecall to try to unlock the online login.

First of all you have to enter a 16 digit card ID at the start of the phone call to even access the options to choose from, second the customer representative asks for it again.
 
What a waste of time having to enter it twice.

Then option 4 says you can lock or unlock your card and the unlock option was not even there.

Eventually got a human being to talk to but the person I was talking to could hardly understand English, I had to repeat myself numerous times and spell out everyday words.

This company really needs some improvements in customer support and the phone call facilities. Not recommending LoadnGo to anyone now.
