There was something like a 9% less complaints to the postal ombudsman in 2016.

I put that down to enormous amounts of people saying to the people running Australia Post, "We are so sick of your bullshit, lies, stealing shit, giving us the run around, and barefaced badly run crap - That you can shove your postal service up your arse."

And they are siging up other service providers in droves.


And not only are they not coming back - they want Australia Post out of their lives, out of their business and they can't even be fucked saying get fucked.

They know the staff of ombudsman's office, are a pack of bludging public servant bullshit artists - so they are not even bothering wasting their time there either.

So a 9%  decrease in complaints about Australia Post, to the ombudsmans orifice, is not a sign of "improvement" in Australia Posts services - it's all about people giving up, cutting their losses and going elsewhere.

"Hurrah, Hurrah - Success!" - Only for the people who have thrown Australia Post on the scrap heap and hired professionals.
