I mean who gives a fuck if Bludge Post choose to bludge or not bludge, as it may be, more, or less than usual...
OK so despite the alleged need for a Postal Orifice - the only known black hole on the earth's surface, where stuff goes in, and nothing ever comes out, while grovelling idiots and their high priests toss virgins to the great shit pit in paradise. it's a pretty easy work around.
1. Get everyone on the internet - and doing all their business online..
2. Mail out an A4 poster, listing all the delivery services that service the area.
It's pretty easy to side line Australia Post.
It's why you councillors got elected - show some initiative, and even declare that your shire, is an Australia Post Free service.

Call for post office at Roxburgh Park rejected
HOPES of a post office for Roxburgh Park have been stamped out, much to the dismay of Hume councillors.
At its last meeting, Hume councillors decided to write to the Federal Government and request an Australia Post branch for the suburb.
Cr Chandra Bamunusinghe said he started campaigning on the issue a few years ago but nothing had changed since then.
“Residents in Roxburgh Park are very upset because there is no post office in Roxburgh Park,” he said.
“To me, it’s a burning issue.”
He said having no post office in Roxburgh Park was “very hard” for people without cars and elderly citizens, who were forced to catch a bus to the Somerton post office.
Cr Drew Jessop also expressed his disappointment at the lack of a post office in Roxburgh Park.
“It’s staggering we’ve got an equivalent of 20,000 people with no post office,” he said.
Despite this, Australia Post spokeswoman Laura Keogh-Brown said there were no plans for a post office in Roxburgh Park.
Ms Keogh-Brown said when determining whether a new post office was required in an area, Australia Post considered the volume of business likely to be undertaken, the location and viability of existing post outlets, population and demographics.
“While Australia Post will continue to monitor the needs of the Roxburgh Park community, we do not believe an additional post office is required at this point in time,” she said.
“Roxburgh Park is currently serviced by post offices in Meadow Heights, Somerton and Craigieburn.”
A spokeswoman for the Federal Communications Minister Mitch Fifield told Hume Leader to speak to Australia Post.
