Australia Post - You fucking dick brains.

More of Australia Posts Facebook Friends...

This one is a bit more customer service savvy than usual...

And these issues, have been going on, and on, and on, FOR YEARS...

"OHHHH SORRY, CAN'T CALL THE BLUDGING FUCK OF A DRIVER, AND GET THE PARCEL DELIVERED, INSTEAD OF LETTING THEM GET AWAY WITH CARDING YOU..."

When every other courier company in the world can call the drivers and do....

Fuck Off Australia Post - This is beyond retarded kindergarten level bullshit.

Or has everyone there failed all the basic comprehension tests?

Here let me spell it out for you dumb fucks.

1. Customer pay us to take package and deliver it.

2. No deliver = no customer.

3. No customer = no pay = no job.

Can you guys try actually DELIVERING A PARCEL instead of leaving a note and driving off, I was actually walking out to the drivers van to and he just drove off without giving me what I paid to have HOME DELIVERED to my house....

Australia Post

Hi Jesse
I can appreciate how frustrating this must be :(
Whilst I cannot change the outcome of what's happened on your phone call I'd still be happy to raise a complaint for you. I'll just need you to fill out this form and share the case number with me when you've completed it (please ensure you provide the tracking number and your delivery address in this form)
If a complaint was already raised when you called, please share the case number with me and I'll make sure it's followed up.

Hi Jim, this is my case number Case: 07178319 Also I have get an Uber to pick up this item because your delivery driver didn't do his job properly.

Australia Post

I have taken steps within this case to make sure this doesn't happen again.
I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

Stock standard response thank you for doing the same unhelpful thing that actually doesn't resolve the issue. It's amazing that other companies like FastWay can actually do something when there is an error other than say sorry. You guys can't even make a phone call to the driver to tell him to come back and deliver the parcel, even though other delivery providers can and do that for there customers. No wonder why AusPost is getting killed financially when you treat your customers bad enough for long enough eventually people go somewhere else. Totally unhelpful you guys stuff up and I am left having to pay more for it....

Australia Post

As previously explained Jesse,
Whilst I cannot change the outcome of what has occurred. The complaint that has been lodged will be addressed management at the delivery centre responsible for the articles delivery to prevent this from happening in the future, but we we are not able to call delivery staff.
-Jim

Jesse Ch

Why can't you call the delivery staff? Other delivery companies can. You guys need to resolve your poor customer service when it comes to fixing errors. Are you willing to pay for the cost of me needing to use UberX to get the item now? I doubt it. The problem this has happened several times, and its the same old response, we are sorry it happened, management will look at it and we will prevent it from happening again. Only thing is number 1 Sorry doesn't get me my parcel - but you guys actually organising my parcel to redelivered would (but your company is not willing to do that). Number 2 it does happen again and again this is not the first time a parcel hasn't been delivered that why I am kicking up such a fuss. And everytime I call up nothing gets done. I've worked in customer service before and we organised a redelivery if our driver made a mistake. Seems like Auspost are happy to acknowledge you make a mistake, just not willing to fix it. What is so hard about making a phone call especially when your competitors are willing to make that call and organise a redelivery???
