Hi Australia post, 2 of my parcels still haven't arrived from last month. You can't find them in your system (typical), however, I actually received another item I ordered online yesterday. And the postman who delivered it was absolutely lovely. He came right up to my front door, actually smiled and was very pleasant. So one out of three was a good experience.

What are the tracking numbers for these parcels?

I've given the tracking numbers before, and they can't be found. So I've had to cut my losses on them.

I do have a question though, what happens to all the "lost" parcels? If they don't get delivered and also aren't returned to where they came from, where do they end up?
