Ooooooooo a kick in the gollies...


Ahhh the Australia Post Facebook Fan Club - such a rich source of entertainment..

Because of Australia post incompetence I am now out of pocket as they have lost my parcel. And the response from them has been well below par.

First they say if there's no tracking number we can't do anything, then they ask for the article number which I can't provide because of the women in the post office can fill out receipts properly.

Then they tell me that I should put tracking on all my parcels and I tell them at $7.45 it's too expensive, the customers service person tells me it's free.

Then I ask why I've been charged so much this time and he's response was I was undercharged on my previous parcels......hmmmmmm all 200 of them, if that's the case everyone working at a post office outlet needs to be retrained.

From now on I will not be using Australia post.

They think they can get away with everything as they have a monopoly on the field. Well Australia post you are losing mass amounts of money and now customers.

Australia post where we lose your parcels and take no responsibility.
