Australia Post, please stop these BS posts and focus more on your ability to do what people pay you for...delivering mail! Two weeks ago I paid $24.35 for an Express Parcel from Melbourne to QLD. It arrived six days later. Upon lodging a claim, I was refunded $10.50. WTF?

I'm sorry to hear that you aren't happy with us.
Are you referring to case 05710116? The case details show that you have posted parcel 99601424369501000430909 which is an Express Post 500g satchel. The value of the satchel is $10.55 (http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/express-post-parcels.html) and a Money Order has been issued for that amount.
Can you please check this and if you have paid more, can you let us know how you paid for the postage?

That is incorrect. The Tracking Number is correct, however I posted a carton that I provided myself. I have logged back into Click & Send, but your software does not give me the option to re-print the receipt or the info ie dimensions etc, to prove what I paid. I have attempted to generate a report and export to CSV, however, nothing happens.

Best to chat with our Click & Send support team about this on - 1300 662 710. Quote case 05710116 or the parcel # and they should be able to review this for you.

Unfortunately, us here in the Social Media team do not have access to the Click & Send database, I'm really sorry I wasn't able to get this sorted out for you myself.

innovation and aust post, two words that dont fit well , once upon a time you expected delivery on time , now you expect it to be lost and pay more and when your asked "why did it take 5 weeks to get a parcell from Canberra to sydney" you dont answer but suggest I should have PAID MORE for tracking......... how long till USPS or FeDEX takes over and sacks the lot of you? they consistantly get parcells from MID USA TO MY DOOR in 5-7 days without fail..............Australia Post= FAIL
