Australia Post, you guys are an absolute joke.
Received a letter from your customer care team saying my package (artwork valued at $500 in a tube pack) was damaged because it was inadequately packed and there is nothing you can do.
In the past, I've received items from the US in similar packaging delivered in perfect condition and undamaged with a different provider.
The crushed package which you delivered came from Australia and has been handled carelessly by your staff.
Your response is absolutely disgusting.
Will be reporting you to the ombudsman.
And I certainly won't be using your services ever again.
I'd rather pay a courier company triple what you charge than use your rubbish services.
