Australia Post - Garbage In, Customers Out.

Follow the Australia Post logic in this thread.

It starts with this bullshit advertisement - in the Facebook page - which is chock full of such bullshit advertisements, instead of getting the job of providing customer service done, via social media......

Hi Cyril,
If drivers are not attempting delivery before leaving a card we want to know about it Have you raised the issue of non delivery before either by phone or through our online portal? If so can you provide me with a case number so I can escalate this to a manager? If not please raise this here: http://auspo.st/1cBKW5S and provide me with your reference number so I can follow up with the Delivery Centre and the driver.

You're not missing much. Nothing happens when you log anything online, and nothing happens in the unlikely event you actually get to speak to someone. It's always someone else's fault, not theirs, and there's nothing they can do. blah blah blah. The apparently haven't heard of customer service.
