On the Australia Post Facebook page:

It's one thing when customers call you a pack of cunts, and there are hundreds doing it every week....

And the problems persist, and the feed back becomes like 5 complaints in three days...

Already done that, lodged complaint yesterday. As of today it has still not arrived or been scanned. What is really annoying, apart from the fact my son drove all the way to the city yesterday to drop off another copy of letter, is that I now have to wait two weeks for an investigation to get my refund. The POINT is, it didn't arrive next day so my refund should be a given and I shouldn't have to wait.
