Well his highness on the mightly 2 wheeled rolling wreck, got hold of my delivery when a retailer, fucked up the delivery, and instead of sending it to another store to pick it up, they sent it to me, and they failed to redirect it, after being asked to do so - so it ended up in the postie with the mostie, AND I put in the covid caveat, of either redirecting it, or "Just drop the fucking thing off" rather than risk any rabid and possibly unhygenic contact with the masses at the postal orifice.....
The postie then chose to do a RTS.....
I look forward to him getting cancer and dying.....
AND the fucking "Afailure Post" customer disservice center, rubber stamped the bullshit with their weak minded and piss poor service....
But in the mean time......

After arriving from overseas, parcel hasn't moved in over a month despite an Auspost "investigation"

Buyer here.
A watch I bought was cleared from customs and ready for delivery from Sydney to me in SA a month ago. After no update in two weeks an "investigation" by AusPost assured me that the delivery date was pushed back another two weeks because of covid, but it would definitely arrive within that time frame.
After that time frame elapsed customer service stopped replying to my emails, and when I eventually got through on the phone I was told they had never received the package at all.
Totally worthless system when they can offer assurance that a parcel is on track for a delivery date when they don't even know where it is.
Zero stars, horrendously bad service in every respect.
*Update: One week later AusPost has officially declared the package lost.

It has been 30 days, and after investigation Auspost come back and tell me they lost my parcel and that they are sorry but they can’t help me and to contact the seller for assistance.. enough said.. absolutely disgusting company!

Mail Redirection is USELESS

Moved house, paid $100 for mail redirection for 6 months. We are missing all our mail.
A guy living in our old place just contracted us on Facebook for us to come and pick it up and things are being sent back to the AUS post office near our old place.
COMPLETELY USELESS.
Why did I just waste $100? a bit angry.
I want my money back.

Auspost are to s**** to use common sense to read addresses properly!
Can’t read it, parcels get send back to sender.
With no notifications nothing. Need to investigate yourself.
Parcels contain mobile
Number to s**** to ring the customer and just deliver the parcels.
Many enquires lodged nothing has been done! No compensation nothing! Waited & Lost at least 8 parcels in a time frame of 4 months!
They brush you off with automated emails or emails with no name or contact number left behind. They shut you off and don’t wanna take the blame!
Investigations aren’t done properly! Otherwise they would know where the parcels are!
Most ridiculous and lowest service! What a shame for such a big company in Australia.
And that’s the point because they are so big they don’t care!

I also want to point out that there are many great people running LPO's and I like dealing with them.
