Well in regards to the first response, exactly why was I asked to fill out all this shit, about the missing articles, and since they have done NOTHING about it... which it seems they never do.

Why do they then tell me to contact the sender, to launch a missing article inquiry, after I have already done it.... AND this is a compilation of stupid go around in circles for no particularly useful reason, bits of fucking bullshit.

AND in myself having launched a preliminary investigation, if it was left to it's own process, would it ever or even get investigated?

So why force people to become engaged in nothing but a fucking time wasting exercise.

Why don't you stupid cunts, tell people, "If WE have lost your shit, then contact the sender, to put in an inquiry for you."

Why not just say that from the fucking outset.

Nooooo we want all your personal details, name, phone number, address, contents of the package, value of the products, the sender, and the delivery address, which is all included with the tracking number...

And then we promise to look into it, and to take our sweet fucking time to do it.

When we won't and don't.

And as a back door plan, when then tell you to get the sender to look into it, because although you paid the sender and paid for the postage, they are the one we have the contract with, and it's up to them to chase it up for you.

Why put people through all of this form filling crap, just to arrive at exactly the same place that you started, for no good or useful reason?
