We can start with todays date - to clarify the issue:

Riddle me this,

three packages sent from the same sender on the 13th October,

the first arrived after two weeks,

the second last Friday (the 4th of November)

and the third is still missing in action.

In the meantime, a package has arrived from the USA in just over a week.

Where is the service?

One week I can understand, maybe even two, but a month to deliver within Australia?

That's pretty terrible whatever way you put it!
