Yes I would have to totally agree with the comment about poor customer service and concentrating on delivery. I returned a computer via Australia Post and guess what...they lost it, a computer, how can you lose a computer!!

This company is so useless at what they are being paid for, and it really is poor that we have no alternative!! Maybe Richard Branson could start up Virgin Mail?
