Fabulous Fahour and the "steal your shit" by the hour antics of Australia Post...
Whether this is by design, negligence or gross incompetence - it's pissing the paying public off.
And one of the emerging themes is the evolution of the stolen packages...
Liken it's no longer one in 1000 packages, or one in 50 packages, it's like 8 out of 20 packages are being stolen.

Lost again
Ebay purchaes from the US and parcel makes it to Australia. It gets handed over to you and vanishes, not a trace.

Don't use aus post
1 star is overrated this is your job if I don't do mine I don't have one how do you guys even have jobs. I waited 10 days to receive a package through parcel delivery and it was insured for $1000. Thanks aus post will never use your service again been in nsw for 3 days? I can drive to qld in 8 hours are your delivery drivers at the pub? Or on horseback? Is aus post privately funded or government please don't say I pay taxes for this non effort if it's government I'm quitting my job and becoming a road worker and chill all day watching younger blokes dig.

Aussie post sux
Aussie post you done it again, poor poor poor service [non service] item from Sydney to Taree posted 8 days ago still not here. Going by tracking number its been sitting in granville for 5 days, no wonder you are losing money. Pick up your game aust post, it's not good enough.

The worst ever.
If I could give 0 stars I would.
Buying a lot off ebay over the last few months as I am doing my mancave up.
Never have I had so many packages go missing.
If you order one thing and it goes missing you don't think much of it.
But 8 of 20 items, that is a pretty good strike rate Aus post.
They are a disgrace of a company.

10 Days from East to West and then just card me
So it took 10 days for a package from Melbourne to make it to Perth , ok fair enough
I sort of understand that service must suffer greatly to pay Ahmed Fahour's ridiculous salary.
However what really upsets me is pulling up to my driveway same time as the AusPost van and seeing the driver get out their van card only in hand and just stick it in the door no parcel. Get back in their van and drive off. My attempts at getting their attention were completely ignored.........
So in other words there was absolutely no intention of actually deliverin g anything just carding me.
Now this morning I must carefully plan my trip to make it to the DC pickup my package and then make it to work on time.
Honestly I cannot wait until there is an alternative to AusPost, as this sort of incompetence is nothing short of intentional.
I can get a package from Auckland NZ to my door in 2.5 days, a package from Madison Wisconsin to Perth in 4 days , but Melbourne to Perth 10 days with failed delivery and AusPost delivery cost more!

Worst service ever can't track a parcel which was scanned in at sunshine vic and never left they can
Contacted aust post 4 times to ask what has happened my parcel never left the post office in vic and they can't find it no one wants to help or give you answers, told four times I will get a call back? I'm still waiting? Case number 07267202 last person I spoke to is [name removed] and again telling me to wait for a call back. The service is a joke.

Worst company in the world - they're service is shocking and non-existant.
If there was an option to rate 0.1 I would have chosen that. Absolutely woeful service from this terrible company - do they care about their customers? Apparently not.
I ordered a T-shirt almost a month ago now and it was supposed to be with me on the 8th September and still hasn't arrived. I've called their customer line on my breaks at work and I've had different people say different things - 'we don't track your item after 5 days' - what kind of answer is that? The item is still listed as 'in transit' on tracking.
I apparently had to go to the company I bought the t-shirt from (told to do so by those idiots Auspost) and now it's in their hands to track the parcel down but they've just told me it's basically lost in the mail.
Coming from England where delivery is pretty great - this is pretty laughable at how shockingly bad this service is and the fact I might not get a refund!
