This is a pearler...
It involves a person sending a letter, from a town to a hospital in another town 70K away, arriving at a differently named commercial business, at a different address, in a different part of the same town.
Of course it involves Australia Post, The Bendigo Hospital, and the Bendigo Magistrates course, and a person, from a town about 70Km away - another one of the unwilling recipients of the "Why don't I just go fuck myself" service from Australia Post.
I myself have had some 4 or 5 bowel cancer screening kits go missing in the mail, never arrived, and the investigation, "nothing!!!!" - along with the tons of other shit that has been stolen by Australia Post and the scumbag service from the local posties....
And then this woman gets more and more bullshit from the Australia Post glove puppets.... "Oooo yes, corporate crap speak - we will investigate this - Mmmmm sure we will.. untrackable plain mail......"

A central Victorian woman’s wait to find out whether a tumour in her bowel was malignant has been unnecessarily drawn out, after documents she sent to Bendigo Health were lost in the mail.
Wedderburn resident Lynette Reiger was to undergo diagnostic surgery within weeks of returning the documents, which were sent in a return postage paid envelope provided to her by the hospital.
But Australia Post is now investigating after the forms were sent to the Bendigo Magistrates Court instead.
Staff at the court opened the letter by mistake and mailed it back to Wedderburn, where it arrived on Tuesday with an apology note attached.
By that time the 64-year-old said she had endured a further week’s delay in getting a final diagnosis.
“My concern is the time frame, it’s a waste of seven days and because it’s an urgent operation I’m furious about it,” she said.
Ms Reiger was also concerned about the breach of her privacy after the sensitive documents were sent to the wrong address.
However, she said the outcome could have been far worse if the documents had ended up somewhere else.
“All the details you could imagine were on these four sheets of paper – healthcare card, medicare card number, phone number address,” she said.
“[But] at least they had the courtesy to send it back.
“The issue I’ve got is, what if they had just thrown it in the bin? It’s extremely important because I'm not well and I expected that I would have been to hospital to have the operation already.”
Despite her privacy concerns, Ms Reiger said she did not blame the hospital for the mistake, or the Magistrates Court staff member who opened her mail, laying the blame squarely with Australia Post.
“I worked in an office when I was younger and I know that when mail comes in you just open it,” she said.
“Australia Post have stuffed up, and living where we are it’s hard enough just to get mail from here to Bendigo, it’s like two or three days which is crazy, but that’s just how Australia Post is now anyway.”
Ms Reiger said the shock of seeing a letter from the Magistrates Court addressed to her while awaiting her test results had only added to her worries.
“It’s been quite a big process to get to this stage with CT scans and blood tests and all sorts of stuff,” she said.
“It’s just a process that you want over and done with.
“I’m not a well person anyway, but yesterday I honestly thought I was going to have a heart attack when I saw that letter from the Magistrates Court.
“I was supposed to be going away, just for a few days but we can’t do that now because I’m waiting to have this operation.”
An Australia Post spokeswoman said an investigation to ascertain how the letter was delivered to the wrong address was ongoing.
“Australia Post takes the safe, reliable and timely delivery of mail seriously, and will continue to investigate what has occurred,” the she said.
