More than one month ago Platinum Post lost our passports sending from Canadian Embassy.
After 30 times calling still no action, just investigation case closed, that's it, no hearing for compensation or anything, you will ask for case number : 06699607 / 06640705
It cost me more than $1000 to go Canberra and apply for two new passports.
Lost reports , headaches, and in meantime AusPost do whatever to get rid of you and avoiding compensation process.
Again we forced by our Embassy to accept only way postage which was again using AusPost.
This time when I tracked nothing happened suddenly track updated to " We couldn't deliver to you, because there was no place to put your letter in " and card left.
My partner and I sitting all the day at home and working, then delivery guy mentioned you must collect after4 P.M
I just have question:
Do you understand maybe someone really needs to get the parcel.
Which one is easier? Knocking people's door or writing lazy collection card ?
