Australia Post - You fucking serious?

Hi. Im trying to make contact (again) in relation to a COD parcel posted back in July.

I've not received the Money Order for payment and the parcel has been picked up by the recipient.

I've made multiple attempts to log in to my account to try and find what's happening but continually receive a message saying 'we are currently experiencing technical difficulties'. This has gone on all week.

I was told that it would take 10 business days to look into. That was a month ago.

I've also emailed customerservice@auspost.com.au with no reply and that was last Fri 2/9 along with writing on this page a few days back.

Could you please let me know what is happening as I have paid for a COD service which hasn't been provided.
