Passing by "this shit hole" with the nastiest staff ever, and "OH my god" the place has burned to the ground...

Kind of hoping it was a "fire sale" / insurance job / selling out and moving out and getting a BETTER building in and new people taking the place over instead of the current crop of psychopaths....

The people who are so bad they are responsible for Australia Post losing enormous amounts of customers, and the courier industry doing really well....

Never ending fucking with their now mostly EX customers, and fucking with the deliveries and always doing shifty shit like sending packages back and seeing angry ex staff going in there confronting them for fucking with their mail....

But.... After the moron manager went about making accusations and waving his fist in my face for the 8th time - I thought, "IF this guy is such a fuck up that he really is living on borrowed time, and I am not buying into his bullshit, and he is so stupid that he doesn't get it" - so I stopped using that place like 16 - 18 years ago....

And there are legitimate business issues, like an imaginary delivery truck, running that route, blew up it's engine and so the mail was delayed for 3 days...

But when the manager and his staff started doing shit like sending parcels back, and writing "No safe drop available" on the parcels - and there was a phone call to the supplier and they would tell me so...  3 weeks after the order date...

And these fucking clowns kept on pulling this shit, time, after time, after time...

 

They did it not only to me, they did it to a lot of other people.....

These are the issues that are business killers... These are the actions that you don't recover from.

 
When the manager and the crazies in the post office are pulling these kinds of shit and fucking with the customers and fucking with their parcels and letters etc., and these crazies are ACTIVELY covering up for each other - which makes them super high conflict people to deal with - well their business went from a supplier of goods and services when Australia Post was on easy street 30 years ago, to almost no customers as couriers and electronic commerce ate into their monopoly, and this combination of their own actions, and the bigger issues, lead to them only getting the "regular mail" to deliver...

No customers, no sales, and only a posty bike doing the ever rarer paper letter and junk mail deliveries.

The management of Australia Post never revoked their LPO license, everyone basically used the couriers instead - because the people running this LPO were really just BAD for business.

And now it burned down...

*My gut feeling is that it was an insurance job - a literal closing down / end of an era / "fire sale". They had destroyed the business from within, and there was little else they could do with it. So on the basis of how crazy they were, and what they had left, and what kind of a future they had running the LPO - which they had turned into a giant mill stone around their own necks, it seems to be a reasonable assumption.

The building was on the antiquities list... so they could not modernise / demolish it... they had fucked over every customer they had with their larcenous bullshit - so they were never coming back, and while the historical issues of the building were there, a NEW and BETTER modern building was needed..... So wipe out the LPO, get a new building and get new managers in.... So if they did burn it to the ground, and if they were to get away with arson, they are out of their predicament, and the post office gets replaced - only they take their psychotic crap with them, which will be their downfall later... and the new people, if they are decent and fair and run a business as a business, then it might pick up....

But if and when a new post office goes up and new people take over (if the people in that district are so forunate), the prior manager and staff - have shifted their customer base from BAD SERVICE, to Couriers.... and the management of Australia Post didn't kick them out, and revoke their LPO license - before the service rotted away their customer base, the customer base for that LPO and for Australia Post in that district.... So this is where the hard work will be - winning back the customers that the prior owners had lost and dealing with the machinations of Australia Post Corporate.

I don't hate Australia Post unequivocably - nor do I hate all the people in it... But it has to turn from a sheltered workshop of prescription drug junkies, customer service psycho's and all round fucking failures, into competent staff, and pride and technically capable service - and get rid of the feminist run HR depts that are full of retarded cunts - who hire the low IQ Marxist idiots that they like, rather than the best men for the job.

 

 

So I guess for now, this brings the primary reason for this blog to a closure - this licensed post office and by expansion, the now seemingly incredibly bad aspects of Australia Post that have hopefully mostly passed into oblivion....

I deal with a lot of different LPO's around the country and for the most part, they are really good.....

Happy to go there, happy to see the people, happy to transact business with them

And the shit hole LPO and it's psychopathic staff - it's burned to the ground.... 

 

I hope they get done for insurance fraud and arson.

Sure - lets not deliver the packages and lets play fuck you around for ever, to make up give up and cart it back to base yourself... 

The lard arse bitch tries on their shit, thinks it's funny to make non deliveries and stone wall you in the process.

The couriers NEVER fucked me around like that - but these cunts did - at every opportunity.  They fucked around a lot of other people too.

They tried on their shit and lost all their customers and now their LPO has burned to the ground.

And just thinking about all the shit they did to the customers, in hind sight, I am quite surprised that none of their ex customers burned their place down for them..

1/2 a dozen beer bottles full of petrol and flaming rags in the top - and throw them through the front windows....

I am honestly "really surprised" that no one ever did it.

 

However, I reckon this was DIY arson / close of business fire sale / insurance job....
