A barf a day, keeps the post office away.

The 70's reject.

Throw up Thursday.

Why would I bother to send any parcels by Australia Post ever?

Just got home from a week away, during which time I padlocked our letterbox (for obvious reasons) shared with 2 others at a triplex unit.

WELL, imagine my disgust when coming home found parcels sitting on the ground beneath the box, because it couldn't be stuffed inside the slot - also found other parcels left insecure on the front doorstep.

So, who knows if I have lost any and with this level of care at the ridiculous prices asked - I'll continue to take my business elsewhere - SHAME ON YOU AUSTRALIA POST - and for that very reason not mailing Christmas Cards through you either, hoping to lead by example.

Australia Post

Hi Stephen That is not how we would expect parcels to be delivered, so I'm sorry to hear that it's happened to you.

This is something we would like to raise with the appropriate delivery centre and ensure it doesn't happen again. Can you please provide your details via http://auspo.st/1JMange so that we can follow this up.

Australia Post I am sick of wasting time reporting problems about botched up postal deliveries since nothing seems to change . . . so public awareness is the best way to either improve or remove a substantially flawed service as I (and many others) experience it!!! My name should already be in your database so shouldn't be difficult to find out who 'services' my area!!!

Australia Post

Hi Stephen, While we welcome all feedback positive and negative, we ask that you keep in mind the terms listed on our 'About' section http://auspo.st/2b2j6TA which mentions keeping it relevant (eg no spamming).

You've reached out to us with your complaint and I'd like to help if you want.
All you need to do is provide the details via the link I sent and we can follow it up.

What spam? You have a terrible service and people are responding appropriately.

Also, the staff at your Mt Hutton store refused to accept a pre paid parcel because I had no proof it was pre paid..

It said it clearly on the package.

Hi Rob,

As my colleague advised, you can lodge a case via the above link and we would be happy to help.
