Unfortunately Australia Post is NOT helping our small business take on the world 😪 Our customers are waiting between 8 and 14 working days to receive their parcels. This includes deliveries within our location of metropolitan Melbourne and city to city. Totally unacceptable 😫

I can see you've already raised a case with us regarding these concerns, and the matter is currently being investigated. Whilst I appreciate how frustrating your experience has been, it is certainly unusual for parcels to be delayed and I am confident we'll get to the bottom of it.

Australia Post thank you for responding so promptly. You can assist me by getting to the bottom of the issue quickly. I am spending my time dealing with customer inquiries because of AusPost issues and not getting on with running my business. We are coming up to the busiest time of the year and I am not filled with confidence regarding AusPost's ability to get us though it 😫

"It is certainly unusual for parcels to be delayed" i doubt it, we send over 1000 stamp parcel out on a weekly basis, past 2 month has been ridiculous, an average of 10-15% stamp parcel been lost in transit and taking an average of 6 business day for Melbourne to Melbourne and over 10 business day for interstates. Good luck Nicky, i doubt Australia Post will do anything about it
