It's the EX Australia Post employees that are quite helpful with their input.

Hmmm - the Australia Post Facebook Fan Club.

How dare they not take this shit lying down.

To send a Birthday card and it takes a week to arrive,,,(it's only a two hour drive,,,quicker and more reliable to hand deliver it...sorry but not good enough for me)!!!!!!

Jane Anderson

Bluegrace Hah a 30 min car ride to bendigo takes 7 days for an envelope to arrive

Judy Vassallo

It can take a birthday card a week to go 2 suburbs around Sydney. I am still waiting for a doctors bill that was sent in March (to come 3 suburbs).

Dianne Stokes

Goodness!!!!??????

Dianne Stokes

Is it wrong to feel frustrated with our mailing system?????

Australia Post

Hi Judy,
It's concerning to hear that you're still waiting for a doctors bill that was sent in March. Do you know if this was sent as Registered Post? If so, please let me know the tracking number. If it was sent as ordinary mail, it will be difficult for me to track it down.

Hi Dianne,
When sending a birthday card it's important to us that it arrives on time.
Are you sending your birthday card/s by regular mail or Express? If Express, please let me know the to and from postcodes and tracking number.

Hi Nathan,,,no...I didn't send it express,,,but posted it a week ago last Friday,,,from Portland to Harrow,,,and family said it didn't arrive yet on Thursday..

Jane Anderson Bluegrace

Oh Nathan you're new to Australia Post aren't you. Poor bugger. So here's the thing: it's important that everything arrives in a reasonable time period and that everything actually does arrive. Theft, damage, and carelessness are stats that should be measured and published weekly. And yes I used to work for Australia Post thank god not for long - so have some insight. Still got a million people in HR doing courses on what outfits to wear to work? Sigh.
