Seriously - no wonder these fucking retards are going out of business.

No customer in their right mind, is ever going to put up with this kind of shit twice.

And these dumb fucks just don't get it....

What a fucking bullshit trip of bad customer service.

Now the driver won't even get out of his van to deliver my parcels... even though I've raised the issue repeatedly with AusPost... guess they've never explained the expected level of service to the staff.

When i got the email on Tues morn that it would be delivered that day i immediately called Startrack and AusPost to confirm we wouldn't have a repeat but they couldn't help and the parcel wasn't delivered, had to be collected.

I've logged an investigation under the reference number 06007435. The Delivery Centre are required to investigate and reply within three business days with the driver involved. If you would like an update, please comment back on Tuesday or our Back Office team will contact you with an outcome within ten business days. I really hope this is last time you have to log a complaint about this.
