Ohhhh...... Why are we waiting?

So many people have been saying the same thing, so many times, for so long.

Yet AGAIN I have had a card left to collect from the post office. 

I have logged YET ANOTHER complaint. 

WHEN will the lazy driver actually get out of his van to press the doorbell? 

How many complaints do I need to log to get this resolved. 

Im very frustrated as you guys tell me to log complaints but nothing ever happens to fix the actual issue.
