A package that I ordered - to be delivered point to point by private couriers, was onforwarded via Australia Post instead.
Made calls, got things done.
Explained that people hire couriers because they do not want their shit handled by Australia Post, and there is a real need to keep the courier networks integrating, for these reasons.
A short while later, the packaged got pulled out of the Australia Post network, and the last leg of the delivery was by private courier.
Awesome.
It made my fucking month that did.
Nothing like getting control by taking control.
And yeah - Australia Post can fuck off.
